Is the Xbox series x the new Xbox generation. Or is it just like a better Xbox one. I mean obviously the ps5 is the new PlayStation but idk if the Xbox series x is the new one cause Microsoft has these stupid fucking names. I would get a PlayStation but I want all my grand theft auto online shit to transfer.

I read that Rockstar is going to re-release GTA V on the newer systems (Xbox Series X and PS5) with updates next year. Until then, there's no reason to upgrade unless there are other newer games you want to play. But if you do upgrade, your xbone games should work on the system since the Xbox has great backwards compatibility.
