There is no ornament feature. The example described is one of the fantasy races, which is a demon. I've seen how the character creator works and the options available, and what the defaults are set to, so that's probably what has skewed my perspective.

Ok, what is classed as "creative" use of their character creator when they are looking at the most popular choices for playthroughs? What do you think they really hoped to see?

To start with, maybe they wanted people to use the different races? It's a fantasy role playing game, that offers different options. Of course, I think they are looking at it wrong. The most common choice can be "gamer reflection" and people can still be getting mileage out of the different options.
