I have a feeling this is one they're going to want to walk back. I suspect that games involving exchange of information that has value (such as blockchain keys and NFTs) are going to be big business in the near future.
Probably makes perfect sense for now. It's the wild west out there, and people are going to complain about getting ripped off and take out their frustrations on Steam if they purchased such games there.
