These Nintendo lawsuits always make me laugh. Nintendo is constantly going after piracy on 20+ year old systems for games you can only buy second hand. The only way Nintendo has been severely damaged is because RomUniverse is a constant reminder that they used to own the video game industry and let it slip away. Now they make up less than 25% of game revenue when comparing the big three (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo).
