Oh. The old version. Maybe I'm confused. I thought I remembered a new version coming out a year or so ago.

They released an enhanced edition. That is the version I'm going to play through. Idk if the story, characters, and events have been altered. I'll look into it right now

The new version is just an update that makes it easier to play on modern computers, but there are fan made mods that do the same things and don't add SJW retardation on to the actual story.

Ya, just checked. Version 3 is sjw bullshit. The rereleased enhanced version is an update of the original.

Yeah if you want to play it don't bother with the "enhanced" edition, just use the original game and download the community fixes and mods.

Ok. So I did some quick digging and it turns out nothing was changed. The only wokeness that has been complained about stems from the 'Siege of Dragonspear' DLC that supposedly ties BG1 and BG2 together.

I may skip it, or I may play through it and liberate every woke character from their insufferable existence.

I am doing a chaotic evil dark cleric play through, after all.

I think we're talking about different things.

Disgusting. Just from the thumbnail of the video I have decided that is something I will never consume one second of in my entire life.

Bg1 EE and Bg2 EE both have story changes that are a bit SJW. For example, neera and dorn are allied characters that didn't exist in the original games. You can skip them or buy original games on ebay for cheap
