I bought it at launch for this price via buying it through GOG Russia. Just use a VPN set for Russia and set the site to English at the bottom.
If I buy a PC game at or near launch its usually through Russia or Brazil.
Still haven't had time to really play it and the first updates were fucking huge, as much as the damn game its self (60+ gigs).
Edit, Apparently they're trying to raise some money now with a big sale. Coincidentally the guys on the sale site even say to use a Russian VPN to get the best price.
Are Russians that poor? Wtf lol. Maybe they should build an economy instead of play games.
I used to do development for a LoL leveling site. Always paid on time. But I had to start my day at 3AM to coordinate with them. but that's when Swagbucks reset for the day, and I was running 2 phones with their video viewing apps when those actually paid a decent amount (about $0.50/day per phone). So I was getting at least $25/month for Swagbucks and $10 for Bing Rewards, and I did InstaGC as well, which I think resets then, too. And TellWut and PaidViewpoint, but the former is no longer around. I actually paid for a storage room I used as a workshop with just the last 3. Oh, and I had other projects along with that particular website. Sure, I never saw anyone, but, like I said, they always paid on time and it was steady.
