Any Tips? Where Should I focus?

I dont want to waste 30 only to find out that I cam fast travel... Or waste money in shoes whn I ll unlock awesome Stuff later on...

What do you wish you knew, when you started the game..

I am as busy as 10 men And I don't really have the time.. So i need to be efficient with this.

I can swear I played this and beat it twice but can't relate to any of the comments..

Best advice I will give you, therefore:

don't do online, otherwise you'll turn into one of these retards.

Play it offline. Its just way too fun to steal car, run it into a gang, get into a shootout with them and getaway from the cops and not be hassled with online money
