southern states loved giving tests that were impossible for anybody to pass without the answer sheet to blacks in order to exclude their votes, you could easily switch this technique over to exclude japs.

I mean American Indians invented the well, but thought it was stupid and then never used it again, which might be even worse. Having the basic level of intelligence to figure out the wheel but not the will to apply it in any useful way.

Also Australian Abos didn't even invent the bow and arrow.

dont have the scans, but here in tennesse our literacy tests had twenty open ended questions with more than one answer, but the test grader would only accept one of those answers per test. if you got just one wrong you couldnt vote.
