I love Company of Heroes. The game is like 15 years old but it is still by far the best RTS out there, especially with the Blitzkreig mod installed. It is better than CoH2, though CoH2 introduces some interesting new mechanics.
If you want to play as Axis you can do that or if you want to play as Allies it's open too! It's very well balanced even if the AI can pull some total bullshit tactics.
