Imagine being a time-traveller assuming total command over the axis and taking control of it as a whole, coordinating the germans, italians and japanese against the russians, british, and americans, armed with knowledge from the future, you can win the war by making the best use of your knowledge, however, take care when you apply your future-sight, as cause and effect means that the actions you take alter the course of history, thus possibly rendering any part of the rest of your foreknowledge useless.
manage resources, information, and loyalties in this epic war simulation, bring perks with you back from the future, such as technologies that give great advantages over the enemy, but keep in mind that each perk has its downsides which may come back to bite you should you overplay them, such as your enemy being able to reverse-engineer a counter to the technology you've brought with you (it might be better to save your "wunderwaffen" for times when they are absolutely needed at key points in the war).
The leaders of the axis powers are commanders below you, their larger than life personalities are intact, they in turn have their own subordinates, and you must manage the internal politics of your own leadership along with concerning yourself with your relation to the enemies, you will be reminded at times that you command human beings, not soulless machines of war, "savior from the future" or not, their trust in you may wane if you lose touch with them, and their belief in your peculiar claim to power is something you need to live up to if they are to continue to see you as a legitimate guide to victory.
I mean, what's it called?
