I have a habit of losing my stuff far from start. I don't mind that I have to travel to get it, or even if I have to build up a tech base to protect myself while I travel. But I don't have hours-long blocks of time to try to do it in the same session. Is there a mod that will either stop stuff from despawning on death or put it in a chest? Edit: To accomplish this run TerrariaServer.exe from the Terraria folder to have a server you can log out of. Then log in to your server (for me it came up automatically as an option) via multiplayer-->join via IP. You need to have set up your firewall to allow access. Using "host and serve" attempts to set up a Windows firewall, so you may want to do that first.
