I hooked up my PSP to my TV and emulated some PS1 games just because I didn't want to pay for overpriced ports I couldn't control the aspect ratio on. I still have my PS3 too, but haven't played it in awhile.

You can actually link five PS3s together with five TVs and play GT5 to have a surrounding view. I think it was called the multi-monitor feature.
