Today, I learned there was a 4th Edition of Big Eyes, Small Mouth; a game I loved when I was younger. Today is also the day I learned that a game based on Japanese entertainment bent its knee to the social justice crowd.

In addition to the above image, a full page "Role Playing Game Manifesto" appears early on in the book with the following:

Of course, the game's IP is in the hands of White Wolf now, so it's entirely possible the creator was strong-armed into including that shit.

At least they can't come into my house and burn my physical copies of 2nd Edition...yet.

I never heard of it, looked it up and got hit with this shit:

"BESM uses a point-based character creation system. Players roll two 6-sided dice, add 10 to the total and then divide the resultant sum between Mind, Body, and Soul, against which all action checks are made. These are supplemented by Attributes, which can be positive (Acrobatics) or negative (Easily Distracted), giving the characters unique abilities."

Besm is a stupid system with overly complicated rules and rolls. If you want a stupidly complicated system at least use HERO. You can build literally anything with it.

Or, yknow, put the dice down and flip a coin. You don't need rules to role-play just a good gm.
