Turns out, it's some company's retro project that they released right around the time I played it in 2017. I guess it won't get dumped for a while, if ever. I think it's cool that some of the few remaining arcade places in the U.S. are getting new reasons to stop in.

It's really good! It's made for custom arcade hardware, it seems. So, the best I think we can hope for is that down the road they make a PC release or something. The base kit they are selling for cabinets is $900 USD!
