Its funny because I have been going backwards. I started out gaming on a high end 1080ti/3700x gaming PC a couple years ago. Then I started fucking around with ps4 and psvr. Also oculus Quest vr. Now I have settled into ps3 and original xbox. By a HUGE margin I enjoy 6th and 7th gen gaming the best. Games seem better quality. More creative, better stories and the graphics are still great. I can also buy games all day for a buck. So my friends I guess I'm a retro gamer.

PS3 is when the graphics really kicked in. The PS2 stuck around a long time, giving it an enormous game collections. Even going back to the PS1, it made great games. Have fun.
