Is this available yet? Also can it exist ALONGSIDE Oblivion/Skyrim games as SEPERATE games? Or does it take over one or the other games on your PC?

Supposed to be out later this year.
From what I understand it will require Oblivion and Skyrim and the mod will replace the Skyrim install. You will most likely need to backup or install Skyrim in a separate directory than your original.

I imagine the saves are not compatible either (Just asking). So you CAN install it in a separate directory and have BOTH games? (I'm still playing my FIRST game of Skyrim).

Should be fine to have both games in separate directories. Might be tricky if you have Steam though.
