Are the people sending a message with this whole ordeal? Yes.

Does it really do jack shit to the overall profit margin of these companies? No.

Even if it really did. 100% they (the brokers not GameStop) would get a bailout and see no negative to this.

We saw it with the housing bubble back in 08. Same thing can and will happen with the bubble of 21.

If it's a systemic risk then there will be some kind of bailout or intervention. There is no systemic risk here. What is more likely to happen is the sec will end up going after some people for market manipulation at some point down the road

I think you're on to something there. I wonder if the (((SEC))) has the balls to delist Gamestop (and any others this is going to happen to you over the next week or so.)

Me and Worf? Ok, I guess. There's really only a handful of solutions to the problem. And it's pretty obvious what those are. If you were to take a look at my comment history right now for tonight, you'd see about a 50/50 split. Half just fucking around and half is being serious. I've never run an alt, I never will. I've burned through a few accounts, but this is the last one of making. You can find that in my comment history here and on Voat. I never had a Reddit account, I didn't like the propaganda.
