You could even have an aushwitz scenario and setup exactly as the mainstream narritve says it is. And just watch your little brown shirts struggle to remove bodies from the gas chamber. Combine that with the ovens not working fast enough and within a week you'd have a mountain of corpses stacked up next to the ovens bigger than a building and a line of people waiting for a shower that goes off the map.
not to mention, where are the sonderkommando responsible for fuel? or the train cars full of fuel and or wood?
