Well then I guess there's a typo here... But that would be a weird typo

https://ps1emulator.com/system-requierments

These are the rough estimate system requirements for an PlayStation 4 game:

Recommended:

OS: Windows XP or later (both 32/64bit versions)

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 @ 2.0 GHz / AMD Athlon64 X2 3800+@ 2 GHz

RAM: 4GB

Graphic card: nVidia GeForce 9600GT or higher, AMD Radeon HD3850 (512MB VRAM with Shader Model 4.0)

Graphics card memory: 4 GB

I get the feeling whoever typed that pressed the key above the 1 on his numpad (i.e. 4) which could be why it says "playstation 4 game" instead of playstation 1. It doesn't make any sense at all as the minimum GPU he listed there isn't even half as strong as the ps3 one, let alone the ps4 one. Even the GPUs he listed in the recommended sections are like 1/3rd as powerful as the ps4 GPU.

Yes, now that I'm watching my keyboard, I think you're likely correct lol

I have only tested ps1 emulation on a rg350m (which has vastly inferior specs https://www.xiaomitoday.com/product/rg350m-game-console/ ) tekken3 runs 60fps ONLY with some fx disabled (such as effects on drop shadows, and fancy effects such as yoshimistsu's light saber's glow effect)

I have no idea what's under the hood in a ps4, I just researched the minimum specs for the PS1 emulation, found this page, and saw that they mentioned ps4, and didn't give it a second thought, while I definitively should have. I don't know much about playstation hardware except that it starts to be a beast from ps2 and above

Hmm, that xiaomi seems a bit weak even for handheld standards, but even then it should be able to do PS1 emulation with no issues. And did it actually come pre-installed with 2500 games?

Also, you're mostly right about playstation hardware being strong starting from the PS2. The PS4's CPU was the exception, as AMD back then made shitty CPUs so what they used in the PS4 was like an 8 core version of those feeble intel atom CPUs you'd see in netbooks running at a laughable 1.6GHz. The PS5 at least has some beastly specs, but what's the point when most of their first party games will be pozzed faggot shit (as they have been for the past couple of years).
