Not this year, but AMD's 2022 APU code named Rembrandt will likely be using an integrated RDNA2 GPU and a Zen 3+ CPU. This is based on some roadmap leaks so of course is all subject to change.

Interesting you mention DDR5, because Rembrandt is also supposedly going to be using that. Personally I would've preferred if they developed a cheaper version of high bandwidth memory (HBM) for the iGPU at least, because if you compare the physical footprint of it to GDDR6/6X, it's pretty freaking insane. HBM is like a mere fraction of the size.
