This is only claim by Steam, the real numbers without bot accounts and real players is unknown. We also have to consider that Steam has lot of scammers which makes up the big numbers, a lot of the scammers are developers as well as accounts used once to do the scam so Valve wont trace to the real scammer. So not there isnt 120 million users, the real number is not over a million in certain case by case.
