If it isn't free to play, odds are good the Chinese do not own it yet.

This is mostly due to the proliferation of internet cafes in the asian world. Most individuals in china and such dont own their own PC and only play games at public locations where you can rent a PC with installed games for hours at a time. Some even offer food and drink and such.
