i didn't get into tw3 until a second try. it's a lot less like gta where you get to go on murder sprees and a lot more like a railroaded story. don't do too many optional quests or you'll burn out. there's enough content you can do like 3-5 side quests for every main quest. i'd recommend doing 0 or 1 of the most interesting side quests per main quest you do.

As long as the combat isnt frustrating ill be fine. Theres probably nothing they could do that i haven't seen before, so meh
The inventory has become a problem i never expected in games. I cold Turkey quit re5 because of it, rdr2's was out of this world stupid and theres 1 more notable example that i cant recall right now.
I find it quite odd that so many new games have such deep flaws
