i dont understand how this is a competition or protecting consumer, CDPR isnt steam where people buy games more on Steam and it isnt cheating the consumer either.
A lot of people were mislead, how is that not worthy of investigation?
on what, they are giving refunds if people dont like it and they acknowledge their mistake, what did they do that is more bad than releasing a bad game.
Even if everyone got their refund (which I doubt) they still got million of pre-orders (ie. interest free loans) based on lies, it's also unfair to competitors, e.g. EA could outspend smaller studios with bullshit marketing which leads to less people would buying the "inferior" product. EA could take a reputational hit as long as long as it's reducing competition.
