lol, previous gen. Older generations had a different architecture and emulating those is not viable.

Sometimes you get remasters from the older generations or PC ports because they're all x86 since xbox one/ps4.

No they don't. PS3 games do not work On PS4, you have to download them from the psn and pay the monthly fee

The ps5 will play ps4 games only, a few have some enhancements, most will run in ps4 pro mode if there's support for them, others will run in regular ps4 mode. The xbox series x/s supports pretty much all games going as far back as the original xbox, and a lot of them have some pretty nice enhancements (such as 4k, 60fps, a few with AI based HDR). With that said, both companies are kiked faggot niggerlovers so don't bother. But if you do for some godforsaken reason, be sure to get games from the used market only as that will cut them off from receiving your shekels.

Historically PC gaming is a waste of time and money, it was really for tinkerers who had more fun getting software to run than they did out of actually playing the game.

False. I have 100s of thousands of dollars of video games, console emulators, and i can do you know, everything else one can do with a computer or smartphone... I own every single video clip ive ever taken a liking to. And ive backed up entire websites i like, i run a server from my pc, host websites, and i can play the pc exclusive game cyberpunk...

Not to mention the endless mods for every game out there that i could never even experience all of it

You probably just lack computer skills so you vant comprehend that the "tinkering" is worth it.
