Also, the doom guy doesn't move fast enough, i had to have that buff turned on where I move faster after glory kills because he was too slow.

It means you playing as DOOM guy, that you are faster than the enemies by default in the game by two to three seconds in everything. Speed, response time, attacking etc. Not hard to understand unless you're a scrub.

If you are bad at the game, then yes he isn't fast enough. It doesn't matter if he moves as fast as the flash, if you aren't good at the basics, which you admit to, you'll never be good. Period.
