Playdead make platformers with puzzle elements. Both their games Limbo and Inside require you to think on the contrary of the majority of mindless games where all you are required to do is pushing buttons as fast as you can. If you have never played their games, I highly recommend you to do it as soon as possible. They give real satisfaction by using your brain to play. The studio is based in Scandinavian country, which makes me wonder if there is a correlation.
