Oh, for fuck's sake. Disappointed, but not surprised, considering that Epic Games is 40% owned by Tencent (pcgamer.com). (BTW, if you're looking for a good alternative to using Unreal Engine for making animations, consider the EEVEE engine built in to Blender. ;) );

Epic games launcher is a botnet (pic8.co) -- do not install it

The above is bullshit by someone who is competent enough to start a program, but too dumb to correctly analyse and interpret its output. And the hoarde of stupid reddit kids upvoted it to heavens. If will explain it once again if you ask and give me the full resolution image.

The only valid concern was that they were snooping at Steam' friend lists for whatever shady reason. But it was another person who found it.

I've noticed mail sent to MXs that are hosted by mimecast are blocking both protonmail and tutanota at a domain level.

That's odd, because Protomail drank the coolaid and is now pro-UN and pro-diversity (which means racism). I got this info in an email upate from them.
