Guy had a black image and was saying "goop on his balls" to screw with white kids / white children alone... Also if it were schizo (just entertaining a thought...) it would be a secret if not very secret drug cartel type thing (changed at later date) to prevent the drug cartels from winning and/or taking over america alone... mexican government is down to it's military alone.

Should do that on polinc only (it's not best practice to do that anywhere else). politically incorrect to do so. It's not a great thing to screw around with people like that anywhere plus you are trying to technically "infiltrate" The Heavens to as well. I'm being forced to say the last part one. To get knowledge that is.
