How to get video card outside of case? Hacksaw.... Yes hacksaw. Perhaps cut a slot in the side cover.

So, you need to cut a rectangular hole? If so, try drilling 4 holes around the corners and use one of to carefully cut straight lines. Use a scratch tool to mark where you want to cut and go slow it should work really smoothly. The blades on that saw are removable so they fit through the holes once drilled.

How do you like the 200R case?

It is not bad at all. My last build I used the insulated 100R and it was noticeably quiet compared to non insulated. The price was right and it isn't all full of gay LEDs and viewing windows, just the bare basics and clean.

I have been thinking about the 200R lately. Much noise these days comes from the HDDs rattling in their cage because most cases don't offer good insulation from drive vibration. I see you went for an SSD, so you won't face this problem anyway.

Yeah, I am going to raid stripe two SSDs for /home and have /, /usr, /var, and swap on a 120tb ssd.
