I got this game a couple months ago. I played it and thought "meh." I gave it another chance two days ago and.. holy crap. I am addicted. I can't stop playing. It's such a well designed game and I am amazed at the detail programmed into it. It's brilliant. It will make you laugh.. it will make you cry.. it will make you WTF. And all for around 500 megabytes. If you're looking for a good game to get sucked into give this one a try.

Yeah this by far was the biggest learning curve. The UI. When you know how it all works it's easy. The biggest thing new players should know is you can queue up tasks by holding down shift. This is never taught in the tutorial and it makes a big difference. Also you should check the health tab every so often to see in detail what is going on with your citizens . You can also perform operations and administer medicine in this same menu. Took me a while before I knew that.
