It won't work, and this is most likely fake and gay.
The post office will reject things with business reply cards like this that don't appear to be business reply mail. This is heavy enough that it's both immediately apparent that it's not what it claims, and it would be NMM due to weight - a counter clerk wouldn't take it and you'd break shit dropping it in the parcel chute. In addition, if they can determine where it came from, it causes damage, or it is determined that something inside is hazardous, there's potential disruption of a federal service charges waiting for you.

You might get some nignog that accepts it, but it wouldn't get far in the system. The automated devices the post office uses don't care what you are, you are simply in their way.
Automated devices are no fun at all, mang. They should live it up a little, once in a while. (Not too much though)
