Not sure what the fines are for (misconduct?) but since the Euro2024 is hosted by Germany, it's not really a surprise they'd shoot their own with high fines for Germany and Holland (swamp-germans). Switzerland having high fines is an interesting one... I'm guessing accumulated by parking fines or something?
