That's because direct video links from gab contain a separator (?) and query parameters and poal expando is expecting links to end with ".mp4"
Fixed now.

damn, talk about real time development. I just figured it would be a backburner issue someone would think about a year from now and you just fixed it in record time. I've genuinely never witnessed such a thing from a users perspective.
