Catbox is easier just because you don't have to log in, so fewer clicks and anonymity. Maybe you guys should add that feature to vid8.
Unlike vid8, Catbox doesn't support livestreams, that's why it can be anonymous.
It takes less than a minute to register on vid8 and you don't need an email. ;)
I'm saying this as someone who has already registered on vid8 and uploaded videos. The UX of logging in, going to the upload page and uploading just doesn't compete with homepage->drag'n'drop->done. Accounts are important for livestreamers and content creators but for just reposting miscellaneous <200mb files I found elsewhere it's nice to save as much time as possible.
I get your point and I'm not saying to use vid8 for every single video, but some like that one are too hilarious and deserve to be preserved.
On vid8 your videos won't get deleted.
