Me? Sarcastic?

Perish the thought.

So in theory

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice.

In practice, there is.

human control

Human control; thought control. Control is just I Can't Believe It's Not Leadership - and you can lead your horse to water, you can leave your horse behind, because your horse don't dance, and if he don't dance, then he's no horse of mine. Horse control; man control; everybody wants to control the world. Control Control to Major Control - do you control?

Me neither.

government

What is a government, other than a miserable little pile of bureaucrats? What is a leader, other than the manifestation of their followers' collective delusion? What is a horse, other than a distant tech-prerequisite for the main battle tank? Only now the government's given itself a monopoly on horses by virtue of nothing more than convincing everyone really hard that this is true.

The best solution to an authority is to just not obey it - and the best solution to a government is to come up behind it when it's unaware and stab it in the ankles with a pair of screwdrivers.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. But you can stake him to the shoreline and wait for them to get thirsty!
