My last car had a bunch of weird performance upgrades which did make it a little bit more fun and responsive to drive, but they were not entirely great, and the whole car seemed to be deteriorating rather rapidly because of them. I bought a bone stock version of the car a year newer with nothing wrong with it at all for a song and I'm really enjoying travelling at normal speed into the future with it [and it's functional air conditioning]! Funny how the missus wanted that car, but she never ever drives it. I should probably salvage the parts I want from it and find someone as eager and foolish as I was when I bought it to sell it to for a very slightly discounted price [provided he tries to talk me down].
