Ah yes, the BOFH was a great thing back in the day. It was too prophetic though in that users and managers did become even more moronic than the BOFH even imagined.
My favorite one may or may not be canon. I found a copy of it on a different site so I don't know the true lineage. I used to work in a place that used Lotus Notes for a lot of different purposes so this one really had a special connection for me. Plus Louie the janitor is awesome.
