Mine would have just run it over, and then stopped a few feet later, and looked back, like, "Hey. Wait a minute. Was there something at the top of the stairs just a second ago?"

If that dog's not wearing a bolero jacket, he has some of the coolest, most unusual markings ever.

At first I was wondering if those spots on his body were from past wounds from engaging with the cat, hence he developed the unusual 007 maneuvers to avoid conflict. Yes, unusual, I don't think I've seen spots like that before.
