One of the areas where they used to film some of the jungle scenes for the old Johnny Weissmuller Tarzan flicks is now a wild animal santuary down in Port Isabel, Texas, near the Rio Grande river. Kinda "jungly" looking. There's still a house there that was used in the films that's now historical site. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarzan_yell
That's Cool, i dig retaining stuff like that..
I remember getting a sore throat (and I wasn't the only one) from trying to imitate the "Tarzan yell" when all us kids were out playing Tarzan in the woods near our house.
LOl, as kids, we would hang lengths of old rope off tree branches and attempt to swing from one to another , many wrenched shoulders and blisters later we learnt to just hold onto one piece and swing back and forth on it instead... good times actually.
