It mentions that the word is only offensive when non-asian people use it to describe asian people.(not Asian things) So apparently is like a white person calling a nigger, nigger... despite the fact that they commonly call each other nigger. You can only call an asian oriental if you yourself are an asian. Those are the jew's rules anyway. Orient literally describes the east, occident being the opposite.
