I liked watching the UK version of Kitchen Nightmares and Hotel Hell, which is more down to earth and laid back.

I enjoyed Hotel Hell too but that one with the old jewish troll woman who had diarrhea on the floor and had that cringy makeover I could only barely make through.
That other episode with the bizarre dance parties at 2 am was also messed up.
