Imagine getting cuffed outside after a raid and the police telling you they got you because you stole over 750, then you show them that one of the items was on sale and they have to let you leave.

the stores let the theives go, but they dont forget. walmart uses facial recognition and tracks the items stolen. once they have a high enough dollar amount they then call the cops and the theives goto jail. only to be released with probation or some dumb shit

Pretty sure they stole it from gamer lingo and just spelled it wrong. Supposed to be spelled "merc" as in "mercenary", but niggers are too illiterate to know about that word since it's more than one syllable.
