Who determined that what it said was racist? Inaccurate is objectively measurable, but racism requires intent and is therefore subjective. If something is objectively measurable, it isn't racist just because someone doesn't like the results of the measurement. The truth is not racist. It can be painful, but it is never racist.

You are treating "racist" like it is a meaningful word with a consistent definition. It is simply an anti-White racial slur.

I am using their term and asking for a clear definition. Freedom of Speech ensures the right to say what you believe. The most important speech will offend. The term racism is just another term for censorship because it punishes people for their offending speech.
