The funnier part is the nigger has a good argument, but he's too stupid to articulate it.
What he needs to say is, "is it true that at the time you fired the shots you did not know who you were firing at?"
When the cop says that's true, then he has to ask, "And were you later told by another person that the person you shoot at was me?"
When the cop says that was true he needs to then ask, "how did you determine that person's identification of me was accurate?"
It's not at all a good argument. He was identified as the driver and none of that shit can change that.
Yea. At best, he could call this officer's visual identification of him into question.
If the cop on the stand didn't personally identify him as the driver, the cop's testimony is out. You can't admit testimony based on "well, some dude told me he was the guy."
That's not what was said you nigger. He identified the murderer, he just didn't know his name at the time of the incident.
