That's what I've been thinking this whole time.

It's not necessarily a "sovereign citizen" argument, but it is true that when a fictional entity (the state) tries to being an action against you based on a "contract" that you never agreed to, if you know what your doing, you can get that shit tossed very easily.

But for this dumb nigger, it's not a fictional entity that he caused damages to. It was real people that he really killed. There are actual claimants that he can speak to (6th amendment) who can say " yes, nigger, I DO claim that you killed my family member. Here's the video evidence. Fucking hang."
