This nigger really is trying to put up sovereign citizen defense in a capital murder trial?
He’s too stupid to articulate it properly, or understand that this isn’t contract law.
That the judge is even allowing this just shows how far gone the whole system is.
That's what I've been thinking this whole time.
It's not necessarily a "sovereign citizen" argument, but it is true that when a fictional entity (the state) tries to being an action against you based on a "contract" that you never agreed to, if you know what your doing, you can get that shit tossed very easily.
But for this dumb nigger, it's not a fictional entity that he caused damages to. It was real people that he really killed. There are actual claimants that he can speak to (6th amendment) who can say " yes, nigger, I DO claim that you killed my family member. Here's the video evidence. Fucking hang."
