Leaving carts out is everyone's business. When you're in public it's not just about you anymore.
Freedom means it is always about me. Why? Because fuck you. If I choose to put away a cart, that is my choice.

Harass me like that and find out. It occurred to me that this is most likely not about carts at all. This is most likely a PsyOps to simply further the racial agitation agenda to break down American Society. It isn't meant to make things better, it is meant to make things worse. Harrass blacks and call it free speech knowing it will cause them to reinforce their negative programming about white people. Black man has a point "crackers can't mind their own business".
You can say whatever you want, but touch me or my property and that is a different matter entirely.
