While this might have made sense years ago, no one is following up on the 'find out' part these days. If communities embraced vigilantism, shit would get sorted out quickly. And what is the downside to torches and pitchforks? Falsely accused? Why would someone be fucking around putting themselves in a bad situation? It's a win-win when communities get rid of the trash. Politicians du jour not needed.
