This clip is reminiscent of the old "Jaywalking" clips on the Tonight Show when it was hosted by Jay Leno. As the guy in the clip mentions, they probably had to do several "interviews" before getting someone stupid enough to be included in the clip. OTOH, he also mentions that these guys are voting for people scaring them with climate change, covid, yadda yadda yadda. I wouldn't have posted this, except a couple nights ago I was riding with a nigger from the Outer Banks of North Carolina towards the inland, and he was fascinated by the bridge. But when we'd been driving over solid land for maybe 10-15 miles he asked me "There's water under this road, too, right?" I thought he was just messing with my head, and went into a long spiel about soil, subsoil, bedrock and water tables, but he seemed somewhat disbelieving. But when I saw this, I realized he might have actually been that stupid. Kinda like a flat-earther. I was kinda lost as to which sub I should have posted this in, when I saw the video about californians ruining Texas posted in s/funny, but it now occurs to me that it should be in s/sad.
